OBITUARY OF JOE YARTZ


Joe Yartz
, farmer residing southwest of Greenwood, Clark County, passed away Sunday evening, Jan. 6, at 8:00 o'clock. Mr. Yartz had been ailing for the past month with lung congestion.


Deceased was born in Yugoslavia on Mach 19, 1877. He lived at Frontenac, Kan. To twelve years and came to his present home twenty years ago. He was married on June 25, 1904 to Mary Sigler, who survives him.


He also leaves one brother, John Yartz in Yugoslavia, and four sisters, Mrs. Rosie Bozach and Mrs. Annie Turlip, Frontenac, Kan. Mrs. Anton Kasteler and Mrs. Johanna Klupzich, Asyrin, Col.


Funeral services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard, this forenoon at 10:00 o'clock, Rev. Ambrosic officiating. The body will be laid to rest in the Catholic Cemetery in Willard.
