OBITUARY OF A.J. ROSEMAN


Albert Joseph Roseman
was born in Racine, Oct. 9, 1867, and at the age of three years came to Clark County with his father, Carl Roseman, who settled on a farm in the town of Weston. At the age of 14 he left home to start a career which took him over the greater part of the United States and into Canada. Until his retirement to Loyal in 1927 he served as steward and chef with many circuses and road shows.


He was married to Miss Louis A. Profilio on June 27, 1900, who has been his constant companion and helper ever since.


On Aug. 26 he was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital for treatment and passed away four days later. He has been in ill health since 1927.


He is survived by his wife, two step-brothers, Otto Behrens of this city and Alex Behrens of the Town of Warner and two step-sisters, Mrs. Wm Mahar of Neillsville and Mrs. Wm. Beluro of Evesham, Saskatchewan, Canada.


Funeral services were held Wednesday, Sept. 8th in the Methodist Church at Loyal and burial was made in the family lot in the Neillsville Cemetery, Rev. W. N. Grandy of Loyal officiated
