OLD CLARK COUNTY RESIDENT DIES

Max Haslett, one of Clark County's pioneer residents, and well known among most of our readers, died at his home at Loyal last Thursday Dec. 27, 1923.

Before moving to the village of Loyal, Mr. Haslett lived on a farm on the twenty six road.

He leaves his aged wife and one son, Harry Haslett, cashier of the Citizens State Bank of Loyal.

Funeral services were held at Loyal Sunday afternoon and the body laid to rest in the Loyal Cemetery.
