The mailman was unable to get through with his mail Monday owing to the drifted roads.

 

Those who were at Chili Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Happe, Mr. and Mrs. F.M. Chitwood, E. Bosselman, Lester McHone and Art Lindow.

 

Albert Lindow is busy hauling logs to the sawmill at Chili.  He will improve his farm with a new barn in the spring.

 

Ferdinand Chitwood helped the McHone boys butcher a hog Friday afternoon.

 

Free McHone spent Monday evening at E. Bosselman’s.

 

There was no school Friday as the teacher, Jennie Ackerman, attended the teachers institute at Neillsville.

 

Mrs. Daley Chitwood spent Friday afternoon with Mrs. Ella McHone.

 

There will be a Bible lecture at the Loyal Jordan home at 2 p.m., also one at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 28th, by W.M. Windom of Brooklyn, N.Y.  All are cordially invites.
