SOUTH SPENCER

 

Mrs. Roy Dittman and Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Hoops motored to Madison Thursday to visit Roy Dittman, who is a patient at Wisconsin General Hospital

 

Mrs. V. M. Dickinson, Mrs. N. A. Peterson, Mrs. William Kommer, Mrs. Roy Dittman, and Mrs. Ervin Hoops attended the bazaar at the Trinity Lutheran church at Spencer Saturday afternoon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. John Sautner and family and their guest Charlotte Heckel of Marshfield and Lloyd Hoops were dinner and supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Schultz, and called at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Garbush at Neillsville Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Hoops, Mrs. Roy Dittman and daughter Janice, and Mrs. Albert Brandt, Sr., were supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Oelrich Sunday.

 

Mrs. George Hansen has returned home from New Lisbon where she visited her sister, Mrs. George Cade.  While there she figured in an automobile [text missing] Mr. and Mrs. V. M. Dickinson.

 

Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Elliott visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Kommre Sunday afternoon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Hoftiezer were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. N. A. Peterson Sunday afternoon.

 

Word has been received by Mrs. Roy Dittman from Wisconsin General hospital at Madison that her husband underwent an operation on the lower part of his spine Saturday morning.
