Miller, Clara L. (20 March 1891 - 8 May 1965)

 

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon for Miss Clara L. Miller, 74, of Neillsville, who died here Saturday.  Services were held from the Georgas Funeral Home, with the Rev. W. C. Koehler of the United Church of Christ officiating.  Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery. 

 

Miss Miller was born March 20, 1891, in Neillsville, the daughter of the late Herman and Helena (Fisch) Miller. She was an invalid her entire lifetime.

 

She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. William (Anna) Bradford of Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Ellen Englund of Neillsville, with whom Miss Miller made her home; Mrs. William (Beatrice) Reindel of Manitowoc; and Mrs. Lillian F. Johnson of Minneapolis, Minn.

 

She was a member of the United Church of Christ.

 

Ellis Wall, accompanied by Mrs. Jess W. Scott, sang, "In the Garden" and "The Lord’s Prayer."

 

Pallbearers were: Franklin Reindel, Kenneth Olson, Wayne Potter, Fred Subke, Jess W. Scott and Clarence Bardell.

 

People from out of town attending were: Mrs. Lillian F. Johnson of Minneapolis, Mr. and Mrs. William Reindel, Mrs. Alvin Thompson of Manitowoc, Norman Miller of Colby and Mrs. Robert Gort of Eau Claire.
