Central Clark County (18 February 1965)

 

Mrs. Paul Doering has returned to Loyal from Washington, D. C., where she had attended a Christian citizenship seminar as a delegate from the Loyal Methodist Church, of which her husband is the pastor.  She accompanied 61 other delegates from the Wisconsin area. The group traveled in a chartered bus.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Ayers and daughter of Oshkosh recently spent a week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Rogstad of Loyal, and visited relatives in the Neillsville area.  John Schwellenbach of Racine was a weekend guest of his mother, Mrs. Ed Rogstad.

 

Mr. and Mrs. David Kautzer of Loyal entertained Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Marvin of Greenwood at an evening dinner recently. The dinner was held in honor of the baptism of their son, Allan.

 

Recent weekend guests at the George Zuehlke, Sr., home in Loyal were Mr. and Mrs. Roy Johnson and family of Humbird.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Kunz and family of Kaukauna spent a weekend recently at the William Theiler home in Loyal.  Mr. Kunz was a delegate to the state Elks convention.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Vern Dahlby of Loyal entertained relatives at supper February 7, in honor of the sixth birthday of their son, Blake.
