Schlinsog, Mr. and Mrs. Albert (Golden –1964)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schlinsog, who recently observed their golden wedding, were honored when 150 relatives and friends joined them in an open house. Forty guests attended the reception held in the parlors of Zion Lutheran Church, which was in charge of the Ladies Aid.

 

Attending the reception were: The Rev. and Mrs. F. C. Benecke, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schlinsog and family, Mrs. Ella Schlinsog and son, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Beilke and children, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lautenbach, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Montgomery, Sr., and four children, Mrs. Richard Hillert, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Schlinsog and daughter, all of the Granton area; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Strey of Loyal; Mrs. Arnold Drescher of Neillsville; Mrs. Laura Beil and son of Chili; Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Schlinsog of Marshfield; and Mrs. David Richter of Park Falls.

 

Out of town relatives included Mr. and Mrs. Arno Guk of Marshfield; Mrs. Emma Stark and James Stark of Ludington; Herman Paff and Mrs. Loretta Schwaner of Chippewa Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Kolden of Augusta.

 

All members of their family attended, including grandchildren, except a grandson, Allen Montgomery, Jr., and his family, who are living in Wichita, Kans., where Mr. Montgomery is stationed with the armed forces.
