  Kehrberg, Augusta(26 June 1860 - 20 June 1959)

Mrs. Augusta Kehrberg, 98 died of age complications Saturday afternoon in her home here in Loyal.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Hansen Funeral Chapel at Marshfield with the Rev. John Pfohl, pastor of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Loyal, officiating.  Burial was made in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield.

The former Augusta Altenburg was born June 26, 1860, in Germany.  She received her education in Germany and was married there on July 12, 1885, to Herman Kehrberg, who preceded her in death in 1948.  In August of 1881 they came to America to Marshfield where they lived until 1911 when they moved to Loyal.

She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church at Loyal, the Ladies Aid Society and the Women of the Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Hattie Kehrberg, Loyal; one son, Gerhard Kehrberg, Loyal; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Two daughters preceded her in death.
