Noah, Helen Frances (Marriage - 13 June 1964)

 

Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday afternoon in a double ring ceremony by Miss Helen Frances Noah, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Noah of Neillsville, and Donald A. Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Anderson of Niagara. The 2 p.m. ceremony was performed in the American Legion Hall in Neillsville by Mr. Gerald West, minister from the Iron Mountain congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

 

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Lloyd Johnson of Neillsville.

 

For her wedding she wore the traditional white dress accented with lace.  A short veil was attached to a rhinestone tiara.  She carried a bouquet of sweetheart roses and stephanotis.

 

Mrs. Linda Frank of Neillsville was her sister’s matron-of-honor. She was attired in a blue nylon organdy dress. A blue rosette held her blue veil. Her bouquet was of pink and white carnations.

 

The groom was attended by his brother, Wallace Anderson, as bestman.  Carl and Keith Noah, brothers of the bride ushered.

 

The wedding reception followed at the American Legion Hall.

 

The bride is a 1964 graduate of Neillsville High School.  Mr. Anderson is a 1962 graduate of the Niagara High School.  He is employed as a machinist in Norway, Mich.

 

After a short wedding trip through northern Minnesota and Wisconsin, Mr. and Mrs. Anderson will reside in Niagara.

 

Guests were from Marshfield, Spencer, Niagara, Madison, Ridgeway, Dodgeville, Highland, Viola, Owen and Granton.
