Rush Wentworth, who has been quite sick for a week past left for his father’s home in Edgerton on Sunday morning.  Dr. Ross told him he had symptoms of Typhoid Fever.

 

John Pietenpol and family spend Sunday at T.F. Lee’s.

 

Jim Tremelling and family drove over to Frank Davis’ Sunday, the ladies and children enjoyed the afternoon at home and the men took in the ballgame at Lynn.

 

Truman Davis and family, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hayden, Mrs. Bonnet, Mrs. L. Nichols and grandchildren were guests at the John Breese home Sunday.

 

The threshing machines are quite busy in this vicinity.

 

Wm. Budge was quite sick Monday and had the doctor.

 

Frank Gardner is at John Pietenpol’s this week building the wall for John’s silo.

 

Nellie Dorst spent Saturday night with Jennie Ackerman.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Dorst and her sister and husband of Sheboygan County visited at Ed Ackerman’s last week Thursday.

 

Mrs. Gerzemehle, Mrs. Storm and Mrs. Ackerman assisted Mrs. ?? with threshers last week Friday.

 

Joe LaStofka gave a dance in his new granary Saturday night.

 

The over evening just as Mrs. F. Foemmel and Mrs. Ackerman were driving near Geo. Huntley’s, they came near colliding with an auto, owing to the car not being lighted up.

 

Alfred Hauge and family came out from Neillsville in their auto truck last Sunday and spent the day at the Geo. Frei home.
