Miss Helen Davis of Greenwood visited relatives in this vicinity this week.

A very interesting game of ball was played here Sunday between Heintown and Heathville.  The score was 3 to 12 in favor of Heintown.  We hope the boys will do better next time.

Sherman Davis and Tom Verkuilen made a business trip to Marshfield Saturday.

Andrew Heath very recently sold his farm to a party from Richland County.  Consideration was $6,000.  Mr. and Mrs. Heath intend to go to Oregon to make their future home.

Quite a large crowd attended the meeting held at the schoolhouse Monday evening.

Misses Pearl and Haidi Beeckler were Heathville callers Saturday afternoon.

Mrs. A. Heath has been on the sick list the last few days.

Chester Harding returned home from Rhinelander recently to take a much needed rest before the 4th.  He thinks work in the northern part of the state is very much harder that it is at home.

G.A. Hadden’s father made him an extended visit recently.
