Fred Dankemyer is decidedly under the weather again this week.

 

Mrs. Augusta Riedel went to Marshfield Tuesday on a visit to relatives.

 

O. W. Becker of Lynn made a business trip to Appleton, Tuesday.

 

H. Ficklin will preach next Sunday evening at the Union church.

 

The Misses Edna Kemmeter and Elsie Grassman spent Wednesday at Milladore.

 

Miss Elsie Kurth came home last Friday from a 9 weeks sojourn in Milwaukee.

 

Miss Margaret Lautenbach is attending to the August Lautenbach store during August’s absence at Madison.

 

Miss Selma Handt came down from Minneapolis Sunday on a visit among relatives.

 

Mrs. Ernest Yankee and little daughter returned home last week from Chicago where the former has been in a hospital for several weeks.  We understand she is much improved in health.

 

Joe Hall made an over Sunday visit among Neillsville friends.

 

Rose Paulson spent Wednesday at Marshfield.

 

Miss Laura Gerzemehle came home on Monday from a five days visit at Hewettville.

 

Leland Davis came home Tuesday morning from a ten days business trip and stay at Milwaukee.

 

Miss Wilke of Neillsville spent the first of the week here with Mrs. Geo. Campbell.

 

Mrs. Mary J. Huff came down Monday and spent several days here in her town home.

 

For chapped hands, lips, etc. use "Nyal’s Handy Lotion" 25¢ the bottle at Amidon’s drug store.

 

Emil Frei after a two weeks visit here at his uncle Geo. Frei’s left for his home at Brooklyn, Wis. Wednesday.

 

Mrs. Dora Garbush and son Fred went to Plymouth Wednesday on a several weeks visit among relatives.

 

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Shafer of Marshfield after an extended visit at Andrew Short’s returned home on Tuesday.

 

Dr. S. G. Schwarz has again left us.  He has gone to Humbird where since Last Friday he is engaged in the practise of medicine.

 

Chas. Neinas made a trip to Marshfield, Tuesday.

 

Albert Fenske of Chili called on town friends Tuesday.

 

Mrs. Gerzemehle spent Tuesday with friends at Neillsville.

 

A. A. Gates of Sherwood left for Glendale, Tuesday.

 

Mrs. Samuel Gerlach and Mrs. H. F. Schlinsog and son Walter spent Tuesday at Neillsville.

 

J. B. Daughhetee returned Thursday morning from a several days business trip at Green Bay and other state points.

 

Mrs. Geo. Nichols, her baby son, Miss Bertha Tischer, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Campbell and C. A. Guth were Neillsville visitors, Friday.

 

Mrs. Gusta Breed has been on the sick list since last Saturday.  Her daughter, Mrs. Page, has been caring for her since Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Al Nonhof and son Glen went to Waupaca Tuesday morning for a couple days to visit with friends.

 

Fred Hankey and August Lautenbach went to Madison Tuesday to attend the Threshers Convention which convenes there this week.
