Rossow, Ervin Edward (1900 –1963)

Ervin Edward Rossow, 63, of Loyal, died suddenly Sunday noon at his home of a heart attack.  He had been in poor health for the last three years.

Mr. Rossow, the son of William and Anna (Ehlert) Rossow, was born in the Town of Warner, March 15, 1900.

He was married to Lillian Niemi Ystad in Greenwood on April 9, 1951.  He lived in this area all his life, with the exception of the year 1929, when they were in Milwaukee.

He resided on his farm five miles east of Greenwood, until a year ago, when they moved to Loyal.  He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Greenwood, and had attended services here Sunday morning.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian; and a sister, Mrs. Olaf (Elsie) Ystad of Loyal.

Funeral services will be held this (Thursday) afternoon from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Greenwood. The Rev. Daniel Zielske will officiate.  Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
