Foemmel’s Corners (17 February 1911)

 

A few more rainy days and our sleighing will be a thing of the past.

 

W. S. Davis and family and Mr. and Mrs. John Breese Sundayed at the Truman Davis home.

 

Roy Lawrence and family wee Sunday guests at Geo. Huntley’s.

 

Fred Lavey and family were seen on our streets the first of he week.

 

Truman Davis and two children did shopping in Neillsville Saturday.

 

The Circle Ladies of Granton gave a Valentine Party and supper at the J. Pietenpol home Tuesday evening.

 

Mrs. Effie Davis and daughter Lila spent Thursday with Mrs. Breese.

 

The Royal Neighbors of York Center will give a basket social at the Woodman Hall this Friday evening.
