Lynn Knorr and Ben Beeckler, the eleventh grade, have been absent for the past week.  Lynn had to be boss while his pa was gone.

Several of the pupils of the lower grades have been absent because of chicken pox.

Ruth Lee spent last Thursday night with her friend Asenath Davis.

Floyd Pietenpol drove home from school Wednesday night, leaving his big sister at the schoolhouse.  Unexpected things will happen to little girls and boys who don’t get their lessons, consequently Vera accompanied Beulah Hornbeck home, remaining overnight.

Philmore Kemmeter has withdrawn from school for the rest of this term on account of ill health.

The examinations papers were returned Monday.

Mabel Lokken and Lulu Page took the examinations which they missed last Monday.
