Chili (18 March 1910)

 

Farmers are getting ready for seeding and if the weather stays good may have a trial of it inside of a month or sooner.

 

The Chili Star Band will give a dance Easter Monday. The band will furnish the music that will assure a good time.

 

Herman Henning sold his old store building and lot to Tom Gibson.  Herman commenced moving his buggy and machine building Wednesday morning.  He intends to place it next to his present store building.

 

There have been more real estate deals, made this year or in the last 6 months than there have been for a good many years.

 

George Waterman has sold his lots and all Buildings there on to a Colby party. Consideration $2,600

 

The valuation of Chili property is increasing right along.

 

Freeman Dankemyer made a business trip to Granton and Neillsville Wednesday.

 

Mrs. Albert Degener made a visit with her father and brother a few days this week.
