Mr. and Mrs. William Essex went to West Lima Saturday, where they visited her brothers, Ike and Lud Wallace. On Sunday they went to Muscoda, where they visited her sister, Mrs. Tryxa Olsen, and attended a family reunion. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Grambach and  children also attended the reunion.

 

Patti Jo Severson of Marshfield visited Saturday and Sunday with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Mengel. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Severson came after her Sunday. They also visited relatives in Greenwood and Willard.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Buddinger and daughter of Colby were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. James White.

 

Mr. and Mrs. James White called on Mrs. White’s brother, George Buddinger, Monday. He has been an invalid since breaking his hip several weeks ago.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Nystad attended the Golden Wedding Anniversary celebration of Mr. and Mrs. Helmar Olson in the Central Lutheran Church at Chippewa Falls Saturday evening. Mrs. Nystad and Mrs. Olson are sisters, and Mrs. Nystad served as her sister’s bridesmaid for the original wedding. Two hundred guests attended the ceremony.

 

Danny Froeba, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Froeba, was a patient at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, from Thursday to Saturday. He was ill with a bronchial infection.

 

Mrs. Donald Stabnow of Greenwood, underwent surgery in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, Monday.
