Marty, Bertha (1866 - 1 FEB 1947)

Mrs. Louis Laffe and Mrs. Ed Bleiler went to Monroe Monday to attend the funeral of their aunt, Mrs. Gottlieb Mary, who passed away last Saturday at the age of 80 years.  Burial was Tuesday.  Mrs. Marty was a sister of the late Mrs. Robert Rieder and the late Mrs. Fred Theiler Sr.  Her husband, one daughter, and one sister survive.  Mrs. Marty lived in Humbird (Clark Co., Wis.) many years ago, while her husband was cheesemaker.  She was a native of Switzerland, and came to America when in her girlhood days.
