DeLeske, Irene (Marriage - 3 November 1962)

The Rev. G. M. Krueger officiated at a double ring ceremony that united in marriage, Miss Irene DeLeske, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leon DeLeske of Marshfield, and Allen O. Montgomery of Rt. 2 Granton.

The altar of Immanuel Lutheran Church was flanked with white chrysanthemums and shrimp colored carnations for the ceremony.

Attendants were Miss Donna DeLeske, maid of honor; and bridesmaids were Colleen and Connie Montgomery of Granton and Miss Darlene Roix of Milwaukee.

The bride chose a floor length gown of Chantilly lace for her wedding gown.  The Basque bodice featured a jewel trimmed Sabrina neckline.  The full, hoop skirt of net over taffeta was complete with a scalloped lace overskirt.  A French illusion fingertip veil cascaded from a queen’s crown of Aurora Borealis.

Ronald Kohel of Kenosha and Miss Gayle Montgomery of Granton ushered.

The groom was attended by Raymond Payne of Marshfield as bestman, Charles Hildebrandt of Abbotsford, Lester Chonos of Nekoosa and Ronald Schultz of Milwaukee as groomsmen.

Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery are employed in Marshfield, where they are residing on N. Cedar Street.
