Criminal Calendar Completed (May 1914)

 

Last week the criminal calendar was completed.

 

Frank Klick was found guilty of burglary and sentenced to one year at the Green Bay Reformatory.

 

Adolph Portz was acquitted of the charge of larceny of timber.

 

Wm. Hoffman of Thorp was arrested last week charged with rape upon the person of a little child.  He was given a preliminary hearing at Thorp Monday and plead guilty and will be sentenced when Judge O’Neill returns.

 

The case of Fahlstead vs. Smith was non-suited.
