Porter, Ellen Helen  (o6 MAR. 1954- 11 JULY 1956)

 

Ellen Helen Porter, 2, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Porter, route one, Loyal, at 6:15 Wednesday morning, July 11. She was born in Loyal, March 6, 1954.

Funeral services were held at the Myre Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Friday. Burial was in the Loyal cemetery. The Rev. John Pfohl was officiant. The hymns, "Jesus Loves Me" and "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" were sung by Mrs. Romaine Rossow, Miss Jean Noldner was organist.

 

Pall bearers were uncles of Ellen. They were Earl Porter, Fred Sell, Ed Porter, and Glen Porter.

 

She is survived by her parents; one brother, Clifford Porter, at home; a half sister, Mrs. Glen (Ruth) Porter, Marshfield; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Manly Porter, Riplinger; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Sell, Loyal; and by several uncles, aunts and cousins.

 

Out of town relatives attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Harry Nason, Wisconsin Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. A. Nason, Pittsville; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Porter, Niagra; Mr. and Mrs. Walfred Bruce, Marinette; Mrs. Goldie Brooks, Porterfield; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Warneke, Colby; Mrs. Walter Denetz and Mr. and Mrs. George Koerner, Curtiss; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ramm, Medford; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Edmison, Cataract; Mr. and Mrs. Hilbert Sell, Sparta; and Mre. And Mrs. Glen Porter, Marshfield.
