Funeral services were held last Friday for Mrs. Susan Albrecht, with interment in the Nasonville Cemetery.
Mrs. Albrecht, the former Susan Sanger, was born June 20, 1871, in Germany and was the daughter of the late Gottlieb and Elizabeth (Pradle) Sanger. She came with her parents to America at the age of six months. The family located in the Town of Fremont and Mrs. Albrecht attended rural schools there. On May 6, 1890, she was married to Henry Albrecht, in the Town of Fremont. Mr. Albrecht preceded her in death in 1943. Following their marriage they farmed in the Town of Lynn. Retiring in 1935, they moved to Neillsville. Mrs. Albrecht had been in failing health for several years. She was the last of the charter members of the Grace Lutheran Church. She also was a member of the Women of the Church and a charter member of the Women’s Missionary Society.
