Schultz, Catherine (? - 29 May 1962)

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Paul (Catherine) Schultz, 78, of Rt. 1, Neillsville, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Satruday from the United Church of Christ. The Rev. Frank B. Harcey will be in charge, and burial will be made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.  Mrs. Schultz, who lived on Rt. 1, Neillsville died in Neillsville Tuesday.

 

A lifelong resident of Clark County, Mrs. Schultz was born in the Town of Pine Valley, the daughter of John Miller and Louise Klote.

 

Following her marriage on April 18, 1904, the family lived in the towns of Hewett, Washburn and York. They retired from farming about six years ago and moved back to the town of Washburn. In recent years they had visited with their children during the winter months.

 

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Schultz is survived by four children: Hallie Schultz of Oshkosh, Alfred of Wind Lake, Mrs. Henry (Helen) Knutson of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Clarence Rutherford of Black River Falls.  Also surviving are four sisters and a brother: Mrs. George Welander and Mrs. Palmer Welander of Valley City, N. D.; Mrs. Lulu Nuessle of Homewood, Ill.; Mrs. Martin Allen of Zion, Ill.; and John Miller of Glidden.

 

Funeral arrangements are being made by the Georgas Funeral Home where the body will lie in state from this (Thursday) evening until 12 o’clock noon Saturday.
