Pine Valley (17 May 1962)
Mr. and Mrs. David Pietenpol and son, Michael, of Altoona spent last week at the Leo Pflughoeft home. They were also weekend visitors at the Bernard Pietenpol residence in the Town of Grant.
Mr. and Mrs. Chester Johnson and family visited Mrs. Bessie Spangler Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Olson entertained Mr. and Mrs. John D. Hauschild of Le Mars, Ia., last weekend.
Mr. and Mrs. William Schultz visited at the Andrew Turczyn home Sunday.
Students of Silver Crest School accompanied by their teacher, Beatrice Mohr, and several members of the Mothers Club, made a bus trip to Madison Tuesday. They visited the capitol, zoo, university grounds, the airport and other places of special interest.
Mr. and Mrs. Siguard Haukland of Nasonville, former residents, visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Yndogliato Saturday. They reported that their daughter, Sharon, left last week to attend a beauty culture school in St. Paul.
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Parker of Black River Falls visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Yndogliato last weekend.
