Alyssa Jensen and Josh Soyk, Abbotsford, were united in marriage on February 19, 2011, at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Withee. Pastor Bonnie Cain presided. 

 

Alyssa is the daughter of Dane and Lorean Jensen, Dorchester. Josh is the son of Russ and Dawn Soyk, Abbotsford. 

 

The bride wore a satin dress by designer Maggie Sottero, with a full A-line, dipped neckline, corset back and dropped waist embellished with Swarovski crystals. Her flowers were Gerber daisies. 

 

Flower girl was Haylee Soyk, Abbotsford and the Ringbearer was Hunter Soyk, Abbotsford. 

 

Maid of honor was Ashley Jensen, Marshfield, sister of the bride.  Bridesmaids were Shannon Soyk, Marshfield, friend of the bride, sister-in-law of the groom; Heather Bunkelman, Colby, friend of the bride; Bailey Kaiser, Madison, friend of the bride.

 

Best men were Dan Soyk, Abbotsford, brother of the groom, and Ryan Soyk, Marshfield, brother of the groom. Groomsman was Brandon Mueller, Abbotsford, friend of the groom.

 

Usher was Brandon Pinkert, Marshfield, friend of the couple. Usherette and personal attendant was Kelly Reinhard, Abbotsford, cousin of the bride. 

 

Music during the ceremony was provided by Rhonda Buss.

 

A reception was held at Centennial Community Center in Stetsonville, with 250 guests attending.

 

The couple honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. 

 

Alyssa is a 2008 graduate of Colby High School and a 2010 graduate of St. Joseph’s School of Radiography. She currently is employed as a radiologic technologist at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau. 

 

Josh is a 2005 graduate of Abbotsford High School. And is currently a water operator with the city of Abbotsford.

 

The couple resides in Abbotsford.
