Neillsville, Wisconsin Area Locals (9 November 1961)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Phil Hammer of Baldwin were weekend visitors at the James Tomlinson home.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Olson of Rice Lake visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oluf Olson, Friday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Oluf Olson, Jr., and family of Wisconsin Rapids visited relatives here Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Thoma Dorski and children visited Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Peterson in Stanley Sunday.

 

Delores Burr of Eau Claire visited Mr. and Mrs. Ray Burr last weekend.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Burr and Mrs. Wayne Kronberger visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Yakesh and family in Bloomer last weekend.

 

Don Dahlke of Marshfield visited at the Ray Burr home Sunday.

 

William Simek, Jr., has been transferred to a store in St. Paul.  He is now making his home with Mr. and Mrs. Glen Wachholz in that city.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thompson of St. Paul and her parents of Pigeon Falls visited Mr. and Mrs. Forest Thompson here and relatives in Milwaukee last weekend.

 

Mrs. Forest Thompson and Mrs. Mildred Tanner attended a church meeting in Merrillan last week.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Scholtz were dinner guests at the Leslie Todd home in Lynn Sunday.

 

Charles Scholtz of Milwaukee visited Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Scholtz last weekend.

 

Mrs. Rex Beach and Mary of Stillwater, Minn., visited Mr. and Mrs. Otto J. Warren last weekend. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. John McKenzie of Bettendorf, Ia., are spending two weeks at the Linus Prock home and with relatives in Neillsville.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Gale Dyer and son of Marshfield visited Mr. and Mrs. Ray Paulson last weekend.

 

The Rev. Jacob Grether conducted services and spoke in the interest of the Winnebago Children’s Home in Huron, Mich. on Sunday.  He attended a business meeting in Milwaukee Monday and came home Tuesday.
