Schofield, Carole Jean (Marriage - 23 September 1961)

 

Trinity Methodist Church of Milwaukee was the scene September 23 of the wedding of Miss Carole Jean Schofield, daughter of Mrs. George Kippenhan of Greenwood, and Danny Fred Dew, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen F. Drew of Milwaukee, formerly of Greenwood.  They were married by Rev. Martin Thomas.

 

The bride wore a waltz length gown of white tulle lace.  Her crown was composed of seed pearls with a fingertip veil. She carried a white colonial bouquet of roses and carnations.

 

Bridesmaid was Miss Carol Drew, San Diego, Calif., sister of the groom, who was attired in a powder blue chiffon dress and wore a corsage of pink roses and white carnations. Bestman was Ronald F. Drew, a brother of the groom.

 

The bride, a 1961 graduate of Greenwood High School, attends Milwaukee Business Institute. The groom, a 1961 graduate of Bay View High School, attends University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. They will reside at 3350 So. Pennsylvania, Milwaukee.

 

Guests attending were from San Diego, Calif., Viroqua, Greenwood and Milwaukee.
