Loyal, Wisconsin (27 July 1961)

 

Harold Werth, of Marshfield had charge of the services at the Methodist Church Sunday. The speaker next Sunday will be District Supt. Rev. Gomer Finch of La Crosse.

 

On Saturday, August 5, at 8 p.m. in the church parlors of the Methodist Church, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Oestreich will hold Open House in observance of their 20th wedding anniversary.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Romane Gotter and son Danny, of Milwaukee, and Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Gotter, returned Saturday after a week’s tour of North and South Dakota. Among places of interest they visited were the Bad Lands, Roosevelt’s cabin, Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. They also called on the Rev. Frank Pieper in Kimball, S. D.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schmidtke and son have gone to make their home at Odebolt, Ia.

 

Mrs. Iva Foelske and her mother Mrs. Anna Hutchins entertained relatives at a picnic supper Saturday evening. Present were Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Hutchins and son of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Binning and children of Unity; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Franz and daughter of Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Ted Schweiso and children, S/Sgt. and Mrs. Duane Schweiso of Little Rock, Ark.; Pfc. Jack Schweiso of Fort Riley, Kans.; Ray Frazier of Topeka, Kans.; and Joan Schroeder.

 

S/Sgt. and Mrs. Duane Schweiso and her father, Ray Frazier, and Pfc. Jack Schweiso, are house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Schweiso.
