Chili, Wisconsin (22 June 1961)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Ott and family of Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Dix, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Dix and family and Gary Bersell visited Sunday evening at the Earl Meissner home and helped them celebrate their wedding anniversary.  (It was Rogene Meissner’s birthday) .

 

Mr. and Mrs. Roger Lee of Luxemburg are the parents of a daughter, Sharon Kaye born June 14, in a Green Bay hospital. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Lee of Chili.

 

The vacation Bible School children of the E. U. B. Church gave a program Sunday morning at the church, followed by a potluck dinner. Teachers this year were: Mrs. William Lindow, Mrs. Byrl Million, Mrs. Charles Stock, Mrs. Wayne Booth, Mrs. Ezra Schilling, Yvonne Mews and Mrs. Alvin Gray. Their helpers were: Joan Million, Janet McCormick, Gayle Booth, Janet Spry, Virginia Gray and Helen Payne.

 

Sunday guests at the Henry Nebel home, in honor of Mrs. Nebel’s birthday, were Mr. and Mrs. Russell Roehl and family of Loyal, Mr. and Mrs. James Lee and sons of Unity, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Dix, Ricky and Lori Ann; and Mr. and Mrs. Marion Lee and Dennis.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Chitwood and family of Richland Center visited Tuesday at the Albert Lindow home. 

 

Mr. and Mrs. William Baumgartner and son, Larry, are spending this week at the Ed Lindow home.  Larry will have surgery in Marshfield Monday.
