Horgen, Augusta (15 AUG 1871 - 26 OCT 1957)
Mrs. Augusta Horgen of Stanley died Saturday at Victory Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Frederickstad, Norway, Aug. 15, 1871. She came to the United States 75 years ago, and lived at Porters Mill. Her marriage to Ole Horgen took place in 1890, and they moved to Stanley in 1900 and lived on a farm near the city limits.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Salverson officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery.
