Mr. and Mrs. Pyatt of Unity visited at Elmer Binning’s Sunday

 

Eben Ketchpaw and Mr. Link drove out to the Pines Sunday afternoon.

 

Sadie Palmer of York visited at Joseph Palmer’s a few days last week.

 

Mesdames White of Greenwood and Barber of Loyal drove through here calling on old friends.

 

Mrs. Williams of Greenwood spent from Friday till Tuesday with her daughter Mrs. Verne Aikens.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Varney drove to Little Black Friday to visit Mrs. Varney’s cousin. They returned Friday.

 

Mrs. Tom Syth and Mrs. Huntzicker visited the former’s brother Mr. Hugh Shanks at the Smith home last Thursday.

 

The young people from Hagland’s and Chas. Varney’s accompanied by Maude Varney attended a party at the Lloyd farm Sunday evening.

 

Mr. V. Foust and two daughters of Black River Falls are visiting Mr. Faust’s brother who lives on the Sanford place. They also visit Ed Daugherty and family.

 

In a letter received from Lynn Jaseph, our old pedagogue, we learn that he is now a full fledged lawyer. He is located at Grand Rapids, a member of the Cady, Sirehlon and Jaseph firm.

 

A crowd of neighbors and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Palmer gathered at their home Monday evening to help them celebrate the 15th anniversary of their marriage. Ice cream and cake were served and several valuable presents were presented them. The crowd dispersed near midnight wishing them many happy returns of the day.
