Lynn Township (31 March 1960)

Members of the Walther League of Zion Lutheran Church, Granton, and several guest enjoyed a hayride party and a train ride through the sugar bush at the Bennie Garbisch home Sunday evening. Games were played and a lunch was served. 

Mr. and Mrs. Albert Guiliume and family, of Spencer, visited Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grottke and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Grottke Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kaddatz and family, Wisconsin Rapids, were Saturday dinner and supper guests at the Raymond Sternitzky home.

Mr. and Mrs. Cid Bulgrun, Cedar Rapids, Ia., Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Elmhorst and family, Minneapolis and Mr. and Mrs Byrl Rowe and family, Owen, were weekend guests at the home of the ladies’ parents and the parents of Edwin Elmhorst, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Elmhorst and helped Mrs. Louis Elmhorst celebrate her birthday Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mortimer, York, were Sunday dinner guests at the Clark Brooks home.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Grassman, Granton, entertained at a "500" cared party Sunday evening.  Prizes were won by Mrs. Martin Krause and Clark Brooks, high; Mrs. William Weichelt and Arthur Riedel, Second.
