Krejci, Eunice (25 February 1913 - 19 February 1960)

Funeral services for Mrs. Rex Krejci, 46, of Neillsville, were held Tuesday afternoon from the United Church.  The Rev. Frank B. Harcey officiated and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Mrs. Krejci died Friday at Memorial Hospital following an illness of several months.

The former Eunice Grosnick, she was the daughter of Otto and Mattie (Cole) Grosnick, and was born February 25, 1913, in the Town of Weston. She attended rural schools in Weston and York. After moving with her parents to Neillsville, she attended the Neillsville High School.  On June 8, 1932, she was married to Rex Krejci in Neillsville.  She had been a resident of Neillsville most of her lifetime and was a nurse’s aid at Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Krejci was a member of the United Church.

She is survived by her husband and four children: Devere of Neillsville; Mrs. Arne (Bonnie) Eisentraut, Rockford, Ill.; Patricia and LeRoy at home.  Other survivors are her mother, Mrs. Mattie Grosnick of Neillsville; a sister, Mrs. Ione Noah, Los Angeles, Cal.; and four grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were made by the Bergemann Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were: Bernard Haas, Warren Huddleston, Harold Prock, James Musil, Robert Riggs, and R. W. Schmidt.  Flowers were carried by Mrs. Robert Riggs and Mrs. Warren Huddleston.

"The Old Rugged Cross" and "Beyond the Sunset" were sung by Ellis Wall, accompanied by Mrs. Jack Grether.
