Neillsville, Wisconsin (31 December 1959)

 

Miss Joan Wolfrom, writing from 137 North Seventh Ave., Apt. 8, Glendale, Ariz., states: "Enjoy teaching in Arizona very much.  Have grade—school music and just love it.  Not going home for Christmas."  Miss Wolfrom formerly taught music in Neillsville high and grade schools.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Grap entertained Christmas day his mother, Mrs. Alice Grap, and her mother, Mrs. Mildred Hicks and Nancy.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Olson and children spent the Christmas weekend with her father, A. J. Hed, and brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Becker, in Crandon.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Oluf Olson  and daughter, Mrs. Ellen Johnson, spent Christmas day at the Lowell Dorn home in Abbotsford.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Ole Aspen entertained at dinner Christmas day her brother and sister, William and Georganne Schulz, of Columbia; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Keeble and three daughters of Rantoul, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Milford Tesmer and children, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Vornholt, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Vornholt and children, all of Neillsville.

 

Nick Freund, who has been making his home with his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Freund in Marshfield, was taken to Memorial Hospital Friday for care and treatment.  He is the father of Mrs. Martin Feuerstein.

 

Kathy Feuerstein and a friend, Bill Wesley of Milwaukee, spent the Christmas weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Feuerstein.

 

Gretchen Hauser is spending several days this week with relatives in Milwaukee.

 

Louise Guthmiller is visiting friends in Minneapolis during the holidays.

 

Mrs. Laura Baumgartner is visiting her daughter in Portage.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence McKevitt returned Saturday from a week’s visit with relatives in Sheboygan and Wisconsin Dells.

 

Louise and Cilla Kippenhan returned Sunday from Appleton, where they spent Christmas with relatives.

 

William Neville returned home Sunday from Memorial Hospital.
