Bredemann, Albina (30 May 1871 - 28 November 1959)

 

Funeral Services were held Tuesday from Grace Lutheran Church, at Nasonville for Mrs. Albina Bredemann, 88, of Lindsey, who died Saturday.  The Rev. Philip Mueller officiated and burial was made in the church cemetery.

 

Mrs. Bredeman, the former Albina Uhlig, was born May 30, 1871, at Kemnitz, Germany.  When she was 11 years old came with her parents to the United States.  Her first marriage took place in May, 1894, to William Steffen, who died in 1895.  in August 1896, she was married to Otto Bredemann. They settled in the Lindsey area.  Mr. Bredemann died in 1933.

 

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edela Graf, Marshfield; and the following sons: William Steffen of Port Edwards, Camille Bredemann of Pembine, Arno Bredemann of Arpin, Arthur Bredemann of Chicago, Ill., Albert and Ernest Bredemann of Marshfield, Robert and Oscar Bredemann, Rt. 1, Chili, and Max Bredemann of Waterford.  She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, two sisters and a brother.

 

The Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton was in charge of funeral arrangements.
