On Saturday, July 28, 1951, at St. Gall’s Parish House, Milwaukee, Miss Lois Jean Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Smith, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), R. 1, became the bride of Kenneth H. Degenhardt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Degenhardt, Loyal.

 

Serving as the bridal couple’s attendants were the groom’s brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Degenhardt of Milwaukee.

 

The bride wore a navy blue suit and hat with white accessories and a corsage of white camellias.

 

Her attendant wore a wine suit, white accessories, and a corsage of white carnations and roses.

 

A wedding breakfast was served at the Nu Joy Club and a 6 o’clock dinner was served at the Albert Degenhardt home.

 

Both Mr. and Mrs. Degenhardt graduated from the Loyal High School in 1950.

 

Both are now employed in Milwaukee and will reside there at 2625 N. 4th St.
