Fabian, Clarence (22 JAN 1889 - 8 NOV 1950)

Funeral services for Clarence Peter Fabian, 61, were held Saturday afternoon at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. J. C. Langholz officiating.  Burial was in the Lutheran Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Fred Cox Sr., R.F. Gotter, Conrad Olsen, Ferdinand Gotter, Erwin Noeldner and Philip Capelle.  Singers were Mrs. Romaine Rossow and Miss Marie Noeldner, who sang "Abide With Me," "Rock of Ages" and "Nearer, My God, to Thee."  Organist was Miss Dorothy Capelle.

Out of town people attending the funeral included: William Fabian, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Harris and Mrs. Mildred Congden of Palmyra, George Fabian and Floyd Fabian of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Fabian and Miss Minnie Fabian of Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Neuman and Mr. and Mrs. Julius Neuman of Oconomowoc, and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Ehlers and Emil Fabian of Greenwood.

Mr. Fabian passed away on Wednesday, Nov 8, 1950, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.

Born in Walworth County on Jan. 22, 1889, he received his education in the schools there and lived there until he was 26 years old, when he moved to the Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) until eight years ago, when they moved to a farm 3 ½ miles northwest of Loyal.

Surviving, besides his widow, are three daughters, Mrs. James (Helen) Blythe of Chicago, Minnie Fabian of Madison and Elsie Fabian of Loyal, a son, Herman, and four brothers, William of Palmyra, and Oscar, Edward and George of Milwaukee.  A daughter and two sons preceded him in death.
