Mrs. Carrie Torrison is very sick with the lung fever.

 

John Irvine and wife went out for a cutter ride Sunday afternoon.

 

John Stople left Saturday morning for Marshfield, returning Sunday noon.

 

Alvin Abbott, who went to Ogdenberg some time ago, has returned to Curtiss.

 

A number of young folks atended the dance at Owens Mills Saturday evening.

 

John Olson will have auction sale Saturday. Everyone come and give them a lift. They will depart for Washington the latter part of next week, where they will make their future home.

 

Rev. C.P. Olson of Beaver Dam gave a fine sermon in the Congregational church Sunday afternoon. A large number of people were present. Many were present at the Christian Endeavor meeting in the evening. Sena Hanson lead the meeting and Alma Dahlberg was organist.
