Moore, George E. Sr. (3 JUN 1912 - 6 APR 1966)

 

Services were conducted Monday afternoon, April 11, at the Hill Funeral Home here for George Earl Moore Sr., who died Wednesday, April 6, 1966.  The Rev. Aloysius Baumann, pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Church here, officiated, and burial was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.  Military rites were conducted by the Wallis-Hinker Legion Post 238.

 

Pallbearers were Mickey Crotzer, Victor Kocton, Roger Kirn, John Stancar, Rudy Marincic and Gordon Wolfe.

 

Honorary pallbearers were Ken Hium, Louis Landini, John F. Trunkel, Harold Hendrickson, Thomas Elmer and Arthur Bushman.

 

Mrs. Wayne Voss, accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Don Warner, sang "Jesus Is Always There" and "Just When I Need Him Most."

 

Attending the services were Mrs. Gilbert Steen, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Heckel and Mrs. David Schmitt, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fravert, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Julius Klapatauskas, Thorp; and many other relatives and friends from Willard, greenwood and the surrounding areas.
