Gary L. Meckley, 51, Thorp, died Sunday, July 25, 2010, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Gary is survived by his mother, Elsie (Behnke) Meckley, Thorp; son, Stephen Meckley, Marshfield; daughters: Stephanie Meckley, Stevens Point, and Nicole Meckley, Loyal; grandchildren: Lexie and Kellen also of Loyal; brothers: Thomas (Jen) Meckley, Owen/Withee, and Terry (Mailene) Meckley, Alabama, and dear friend, Cheryl, Marshfield; and many other close and loving friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Meckley.
A private service will be held at a later date.
A memorial motorcycle ride in his honor will be held on Sunday, August 1st, at 1 p.m., at Donna’s in Dorchester.
Mid Wisconsin Cremation Society is assisting the family with arrangements.
