Fravert, Orlin A. (23 AUG 1925 - 22 AUG 1966)

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel United Church of Christ here for Orlin Fravert, 40, route 2, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), who passed away Monday morning, Aug. 22, 1966 at his home.  The Rev. Charles Koch, New Holstein, and the Rev. Jacob Grether, Neillsville, officiated, and burial was made in the West Side Cemetery.

Hill Funeral Home had charge of funeral arrangements.

Mr. Fravert was born Aug. 23, 1925, in the town of Warner, and was a graduate of the Greenwood High School with the class of 1943.  His marriage to Elvera Reineking took place June 4, 1949, at Immanuel United Church of Christ.

After their marriage, the couple farmed in the town of Warner.

Mr. Fravert was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ and served as president of the church consistory, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.

In addition to his wife, survivors are three children, Margaret, Marilyn and Mark, at home; and two brothers, LeRoy and Allen, Greenwood.

He was preceded in death by his father, Otto Fravert in 1959, and his mother, Alma Franz Fravert in 1953.
