 Will Geisler is able to be out again.
 
 Carl Damerow is the owner of another new horse.
 
 A.C. Mabie is at work for F. Keehn of the West Side.
 
 Mrs. Limprecht of Hemlock called at Otto Geisler’s Sunday.
 
 A.S. Mabie and wife of Loyal visited at George Drinkwine’s a week ago Sunday.
 
 W.S. and G.H. Mabie took dinner at G.W. Drinkwine’s a week ago yesterday.
 
 Fred Braun, Will Warncke and Ivy Drinkwine were on the sick list the past few days.
 
 Wm. Braun commenced skidding and Otto Horn hauling logs for the Owen Co. today.
 
 Mr. and Mrs. G.F. Braun Sundayed with Henry Colbaum and family of the Poppe Settlement.
 
 Mrs. T. Johnson has been receiving a visit from her daughter, Aggie and husband of Michigan.
 
 Mr. and Mrs. Joe Williams and daughter returned from their trip in northern Minnesota since our last communication.
 
 Some of our young people were out for a sleigh ride the other evening. Judging from the sounds that proceeded from the party they were enjoying themselves.
