Bannach, Joan (25 SEPT. 1947)

 

Joan Bannach, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Bannach, and Emil Steffen Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Steffen Sr., both of the town of Beaver, were united in marriage at Neillsville on Thursday morning, Sept. 25. Judge O. W. Schoengarth performed the ceremony.

 

They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Walter Boettcher of route two, Stratford. Mrs. Boettcher is a sister of the groom.

 

A dinner and reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents Sunday evening. Those attending were the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Steffen Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Harry Steffen, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Plaman, Mr. and Mrs. John Bannach and son, John Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cowles and daughter, Mary Beth, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Morse and daughter, Dorothy, and son Gene.

 

The newlyweds will reside in the town of Beaver, where the groom is engaged in farming.

 

The Loyal Tribune joins their many friends in wishing them a long and happy journey through life.
