Mike Henry Kryzanski was born on July 11, 1933, in Thorp, WI to Michael S. and Katherine (Panek) Kryzanski.  He received his education at the Pioneer Country School and graduated from Thorp High School in 1952.  After completing his education, Mike enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. and served his country during the Korean Conflict from January 15, 1953, until October 12, 1956.  After receiving his discharge from the Marines, Mike worked as a delivery driver for a diaper service in Washington, DC for a short time before returning to the Thorp area.  He was united in marriage to Dolores Jackson on May 23, 1964, at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Withee.  After his marriage, Mike was a milk hauler for Morning Glory Dairy for many years.  He later became a milk distributor for Morning Glory.  He then sold his business and became a field representative for AMPI, where he worked until his retirement.

In his spare time, Mike loved to "tinker" with things in his garage and was known as the neighborhood "fix-it man".  He loved to go camping, and most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He was a former member of the Thorp American Legion Post #118 and a former member of the "Nightingales" polka band where he played trumpet.
