Theisen, Leo M. (18 December 1880 - 4 December 1958) 
 

Funeral services were held from St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Appleton Saturday for Leo M. Theisen, 77, who died December 4, after a six-week illness.  Burial was in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Appleton.  He was born December 18, 1880, at Kossuth, in Manitowoc County. 
 

Mr. Thiesen was a retired hardware dealer and operated a hardware store in Manitowoc, for 20 years until 1921.  From 1921 to 1949 he was in business in Loyal. 
 

He is survived by his wife, a son, Earl, at home, and a brother, William F. Theisen of Loyal. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. William F. Theisen, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. William Theisen, Jr., and son Philip, Ray Theisen and son Jimmy, of Eau Claire, Dr. Charles Theisen and Mrs. James Ward of South Milwaukee, and Mary Jane Theisen of Milwaukee attended the funeral.
