Mary Hanson, Neillsville High
School’s 1957 D. A .R. award candidate has been notified of
her selection to receive the $200 nursing scholarship to the Luther
Hospital School of Nursing, Eau Claire. The award is made by
the Luther Hospital guild. Notification came from Mrs. Adrian
E. Schute, chairman of the guild’s scholarship committee.
Miss Hanson plans to take a three-year course. She will be one of four members of the 1957 graduating class to enter Luther this year. The others planning entry are Susan Wall, Betsy Norman and Betty Ylvisaker.
