Reimer, August (1 January 1875 - 22 October 1957) 
 

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Gilbertson Funeral Home for August Riemer, 82, who died October 22, in Neillsville.  He had been residing at the Subke Old Folks home for the past several months.  The Rev. Virgil Holmes, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiated and burial was made in the Windfall Cemetery. 
 

Mr. Reimer was born January 1, 1875, in Beloit.  In 1907, he was married to Ella Cambell at Rockford, Ill.  He was a farmer of the Town of Lynn and retired 10 years ago.  He resided in Granton until three year ago when he moved to Neillsville.  
 

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Eleanor) Walker of Wausau and Mrs. Wilbur (Evelyn) Sanger of Rt. 1, Chili; a son, Ernest of New Era, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Anna Carr of Beloit; and 10 grandchildren.
