Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon from the Humbird Methodist Church for George H. Iffland, 89, who died Wednesday afternoon at the Neillsville Nursing Home.  The Rev. Arthur Riley, pastor, officiated.  Burial was made in the Houghtonburg Cemetery at Humbird.  Masonic graveside rites were conducted by the lodges of Fairchild and Humbird.  The Georgas Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Surviving are three children: Harry Iffland, Humbird; Mrs. Leonard (Mayme) Laffe, Taylor; and Dewey Iffland, address unknown. Two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.
