Lyons, Julia Ann (19 July 1863 - 20 November 1955) 
 

Mrs. Julia Lyons, 92, of 212 W. 5th Street Neillsville, died Sunday morning at the Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient since last Friday. Pneumonia was given as the cause of death. 
 

Julia Ann Lyons was born July 19, 1863, at Oshkosh, Wis., to the late Mr. and Mrs. Otis Winn.  When she was a small girl her parents moved to Black River Falls. She received her elementary education in the schools there and in 1882 was married to Angelo Lyons at Neillsville. She made her home in Neillsville most of her life with the exception of the years between 1926 and 1946 when she lived with her daughter in Oak Park, Ill.  She had been in ill health the past several months and had been at the Nursing Home for a few weeks prior to her death. 
 

Mrs. Lyons is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Grace McHugh of Neillsville, and one son Jud Lyons, also of Neillsville; two sisters, Mrs. Florence Hall of Lake Nebaganon, Wis., and Mrs. Minnie Miller of Nashwauk, Minn.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 
 

Mr. Lyons preceded her in death, February 5, 1945.  Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by four brothers. 
 

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Bergemann Funeral Home.  The Rev. Frank Harcey, pastor of the Congregational church, officiated.  Burial was in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Lyons, 92, who died Sunday morning, were conducted Wednesday from the Bergemann Funeral Home.  The Rev. Frank Harcey, pastor of the Congregational church officiated.  Interment was in the Neillsville City Cemetery. 
 

Mrs. B. H. Crissinger, vocalist, was accompanied by Mrs. Robert Peters. 
 

Pallbearers were: Earl Bruhn, Frank Dobes, Ray Strebing, Adolph Unger, Joseph Zimmerman, and Joseph Zilk, Sr. 
 

Out of town relatives attending were: Mrs. Minnie Miller, Mrs. Grace Harvey, Nashwauk, Minn.; Mrs. Florence Hall, Judd Hall, Lake Nebaganon; Mr. and Mrs. Claude Castner, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Clair Lyons, Loyal; Mrs. Frances Hartl, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Hartl, all of Marshfield; and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hannan, Loyal.
